Sri sri LakshmiNrsingadev Bhagavan ki jai!

We started the auspicious day with sincere prayers at the lotus feet of Sri Sri LakshmiNrsingadev for a glorious year ahead to Gurumaharaj with improved health and all round protection.

The Vyasa pooja function was celebrated in our regular namahatta hall at Holy Tree Sri Balasubramanyar swamy temple, Yishun, where our regular Friday Bhagavatam satsang and all mahotsavs are held with the gorgeous presence of Sri Hanuman assuring us all protection….

This year being Thursday- Guru’sday- many of our satsang devotees took holiday for a holyday. Right from the morning devotees were busy in preparation with enthusiasm on the already planned sevas.

With another special design concept for the background flowers and auspicious coconut leaves were bought and garlands were made. Keeping our Gurumaharaj at the centre, this time Guru maharaja was garlanded with the special green garland with bright orange flowers shining at regular intervals, Guru maharaj in the Vyasasan was looking with refreshed health. White jasmine tied flowers were on both sides with the blue background made the environment very pure and blissful.

Majority of the devotees were on time with with their share of ekadasi bhogas totaling more than 108 prepared with guru bhakthi as their sincere offering. At the auspicious time the vibrant sound of mrdanga and karatal finely mixed harinam started to fill everyones heart. While an illuminating arati was performed devotees held ‘samsara dava..’ on their lips and gurudev in their heart.

Then the God brothers, god sisters and well wishers offered their vyasa pooja offering with sincere prayers to the lotus feet of srisri Sudharshana Nrsingadev for Guru maharaj’s quick and complete recovery.
We thanked everyone including the temple authorities for their continued support in this challenging place of Simhadesh and prayed to the Lord for the satsang to work together as a united family as per the guidelines of Guru, Sadhu and Sastra with all Sincerity and Humility.

We made our ardent prayers, to glorify many more Vyasa poojas and concluded with a special Vyasa pooja ekadasi mahaprasad…
