On this very auspicious day, once again we celebrated our beloved Guru Maharaja's Vyasa puja 2011 in a very grand gesture at Melbourne Mahaprabhu mandir. Of course without Your mercy this was not possible!
With Your mercy Navadwipa ishwari mathaji engaged a team of devotees in setting up a very opulent altar in the temple room. The team included Sharan Mukhi mathaji, Rasavilasini mathaji, Ushati Radharani mathaji, Vijaya mathaji, Kavita mathaji, Veluacharya prabhu, Jayanthi mathaji, Arvind prabhu, Sumana mathaji and Radhikapriya mathaji. This was of course two weeks in the making. Rasavilasini mathaji organised to get all the flowers for Your Holiness pleasure. There were so many other devotees engaged in various activities that made this auspicious occasion very successful.
Caru Caitanya prabhu was the Master of the ceremony and he did a video presentation initially describing the glorious pastimes and memories of Your Holiness recent visit. Various homages by Your disciples and other well wishers. Senior devotees like His grace Aniruddha prabhu, Ciranjiva prabhu, Jai Sachinandan prabhu & Chandra sekar prabhu graced the occasion.
Jayashree mathaji and Kanta Tunga Vidhya mathaji were serving by co-ordinating for garland arrangements. Ananda Vallabha prabhu co-ordinated the offering. Chandra Ballabhi mathaji was engaged in Kitchen area for cooking.
Kamaleshwari gopi devi mathaji was in charge for making the cake and co-ordinating Bhoga offering. Lilamayi mathaji was also engaged in garland making. GuruGaurangaKrsna prabhu, RadhaVenudhari prabhu and CithaHari Caitanya prabhu co-ordinated video filming and photography.
Guru Maharaj with Your mercy we had the best cooking team which included Karunanidhi Krsna prabhu, Surya Gopala prabhu, Yogesvara Govinda prabhu, Brajabasi prabhu, BalaGaura prabhu, Lalitha mathaji, Sarveshwari Madhavi mathaji, Ananda rupini mathaji, Nachiappan prabhu, Veluacharya prabhu, Priya Vishaka mathaji, Satya Lakshmi mathaji & JayaRadhe mathaji. Collectively they made around 100 items, which included various sweets, Subji's and other items for Your pleasure.
Rasanandhini mathaji, Mathura Manohara prabhu and Acuytananda Gaura Hari prabhu have done lot of background work for this ocassion to be grand.
We had approximately 200 guest attending the program even though it was in the morning, on a weekday.
Guru Maharaj, on this auspicious day we thank You for allowing us to be engaged in Your Holiness service and we all wish You a very happy & healthy appearance day.
