To His Holiness Jayapataka Swami Maharaja on the sacred occasion of his 62nd Vyasapuja Ceremony 2011,

After some time being separated from your holy association, by the grace of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Lord Nityananda, again somehow or other Krishna and Srila Prabhupada have blessed this fallen soul that I can again purify my heart by receiving your mercy.

Once, when Maya had me, I still remember that the only person who offered me a hand was you.  I have not forgotten this gesture on your part and if somehow I can help you in your service, you can count on me.  At this point in my spiritual life, the attraction of position has left me, but somehow Krishna has again put me in a situation that I can serve you in a practical way in South America.  That is if I can keep up with you.  I think Krishna has put you in this hampered physical state, because if you were healthier no one would be able to keep up.  Now we can barely do it. Anyone else would be vegetating in some hospice, but you can not be kept away from Srila Prabhupada's mission.  Today we read in SB 4.28 how one can realize the Supersoul by serving the mission of the Spiritual Master, otherwise it would be better to leave one's body when the Spiritual Master departs. So, you are showing all ISKCON's leaders that you are so determined to serve Srila Prabhupada's Mission, that no physical impediment can hold you back. I pray to have just 1% of this determination, for surely, in this way my life would be successful.
